The polished gemstones are such a clever way to teach relative planet sizes, and my child immediately started arranging them in order. The box itself feels sturdy and the stones are smooth, perfect for little hands. Definitely a hit for our homeschool science unit.

The polished gemstones are surprisingly weighty and feel wonderful in hand — my kid immediately started arranging them in orbit order. It’s a clever way to teach the relative sizes of the planets without a single screen.

My kid loved sorting the gemstones by planet size, though the box could use a small label to help younger kids identify each one faster. The stones themselves have a nice weight and feel.
