4M: Green Science - Water Pump

We set it up near our tomatoes and the solar panel kept it pumping water all afternoon, even when clouds passed over. It’s simple enough for my 8-year-old to operate on his own.

My daughter set it up by the flower bed and was amazed it actually pumped water on a partly cloudy day. The solar panel is small but really does the job without needing batteries.

Pumped about 15 liters through our small garden before the battery finally died, and the solar panel kept it going even on a partly cloudy afternoon. My kid was amazed watching the motor spin just from sunlight.
